The Darcy Road Public School Parents & Citizens Association Inc ABN 77 911 010 983 (DRPS P&C) website supports communication between parents and citizens of Darcy Road Public School. By accessing and using the DRPS P&C website you agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Using any part of this Site is evidence of your acceptance of these terms.

DRPS P&C grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this website (the “Site”) and the materials provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with this Agreement. Registered access to the content of this Site is restricted to Darcy Rad Public School staff, parents and local citizens at the absolute discretion of the DRPS P&C. The contents of the Site are only for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way.

Application, variation and termination of these Terms and Conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the website operated and provided by DRPS P&C 
  • Any use of  DRPS P&C ‘s website by you constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • DRPS P&C  may at any time, in its sole discretion, amend, vary or modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.
  • Modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and any subsequent use by you of this website will constitute your acceptance of the modifications and the then-current terms and conditions of use of this website.

The laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia govern these Terms and Conditions and any agreement formed under them. You and Standards Australia irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

  • download any file posted by any other user if you know, or reasonably ought to know, that the file cannot legally be distributed in such manner.

  • You must not post personal information such as names, contact details and photos to the website unless you have the permission of the person, or if appropriate, their parent. You should restrict all personal information such as names, address, phone numbers etc. to registered user access only.

Your Password

You must take care to keep this your password  confidential as access to the member section of site is to be restricted to DRPS P&C members only.

Registration requires you to nominate a User ID (preferably your email address) and select a password. You must take care to keep your password confidential. You must not disclose it to anyone and you must take care where you write it down or where you store it electronically. You are responsible for regularly changing your password. You must immediately change or cancel your password if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your User ID or password. You are responsible for all activities that occur when using your user identification and password.


DRPS P&C reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the subscription section of the Site in whole or in part, without notice, with respect to any breach or threatened breach by you of any portion of this Agreement. If we find that you are not using the service properly we reserve the right to terminate your use of the service immediately.

The DRPS P&C site includes a combination of content that we create, third parties create or users create. DRPS P&C owns the copyright for material created on this site. This site may include third party content that is subject to that third party’s terms and conditions of use.

We aim to provide all of our members with a safe online shopping experience. This website offers online payment of fees, event bookings and for purchases of goods from the P&C uniform shop. The online payment system we use encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure its safe transfer. All payment data is secured by 128 Bit SSL.


All amounts listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).


Items ordered through this website are either available for pick up from Darcy Road Public School Uniform Shop or school office. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within five working days we will notify you.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags intact. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or fading colour or due any sizing issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please come to the uniform shop to request for an exchange.
