DRPS Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop is run by volunteer members of the P&C. It is located in the school hall, next to the stage.

Opening Hours

Every Tuesday and Thursday between 8.45 AM – 9.30 AM.

The Uniform Shop will be open on additional mornings from time to time when required, with prior notice given via skool bag app or on P&C website.

Method of Payment

We accept EFTPOS, Visa & Master Card, and Cash

Important Notice for Term 2 – 2020

During Term 2 the uniform shop will run only online until further notice due to Covid-19 restrictions.

  • All purchases can be done via online shop at https://darcyroadps-pandc.org.au/uniform-shop/
  • Orders can be paid by Credit card or direct bank transfers
  • Enter your Order No. as reference in direct bank transfers as this is important for timely processing of your orders.
  • Direct Bank Transfers without the Order Number as reference will result in delaying the processing of order
  • Only school office pickup will be open at this stage
  • Orders placed between Thursday and Monday will be ready to pickup from Wednesday
  • Orders placed on Tuesday & Wednesday will be ready to pickup from Friday


Uniform Shop Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We may refuse the refunds if you just simply change your mind.

  1. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. HATS and SOCKS are non-returnable items due to hygiene reasons, so please choose carefully.
  3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. All products are able to be returned if they are:
    • still in the original packaging;
    • have tags on;
    • have not been worn; and
    • have not been washed.
SALE items will no longer be returned or exchanged for change of mind in-store & online. This also applies to change of size. Please check the size chart before you purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 to 21 days. 


We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or fading colour or due any sizing issues. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please raise a exchange request from the My Account section of the website against your order.

Credit for Returns
Credits will be refunded to the original payment method, as shown on the purchase receipt. If you have paid by Credit Card the refund will go directly to the card.

Raising Refund or Exchange Request
All refund and exchange requests must be raised from the My Account section of the website. If you did not created an account while purchasing then please create an account using same email and write an email or send a message to us and we will assign the order to your account.
